Meet our Team!

Henry Meehan 

Hey Im Henry! Im from Birmingham, Alabama and I grew up loving the outdoors. I always liked the woods and fishing. It never really mattered where I was or what I was doing in either spot. It was an excuse to explore and go see something new or build something new, you never know what you might catch next. Eventually I came across fly fishing and wanted to find out more about it. In high school I went on a Lillard Fly Fishing Expedition and became obsessed. Throughout college I studied design but began to pursue a career fly fishing. I started guiding in 2018 and spent the next 6 summers and every other second I could scrounge up, fishing. On a beach, at a lake, on a river, it didn't (doesn’t) matter. After graduating I got a job as an engineer and the fishing days have slowed down, but that is why I built this brand. HSP inspires to be a fishy community of tribal knowledge that provides awesome knowledge, great stories, and sweet gear.
