Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Carrier selection is automatic and cannot be changed after checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at [your support email] and we’ll do our best to help file a claim with the carrier.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities


Preorders & Backorders

If your order includes a preorder or backordered item:

  • Your order may ship once all items are available

  • Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page
