Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, return your original purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments


International Returns

International orders are eligible for return, but:

  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
